INTERNAZIONALE RALLY POLIZIE – CIRP 2008
(18th
International challenge rally or the Police Forces)
Trophy “Giovanni Franchini”
The 18th International Challenge of the Police
Forces, reserved to all Italian and foreign Police Forces,
is promoted and organized by the Auto Club Nazionale delle
Forze di Polizia, ACNFP with the collaboration of the Motor
Club of the Polices Forces Asco., with the support of
SABELT racing, TUTTORALLY+ magazine, BELLOTTO Racing Service
Pneus.
FACILITIES:
our Secretary’s Office will contact the organizers of the
races and then will draw up a list of rallies describing the
kind and the quantity of the facilities for each
competition. For these competitions there will be particular
facilities reserved to the crews registered to CIRP. These
facilities could be the free entrance or a partial free
entrance and sometimes the overnight stay for one or more
days.
IMPORTANT:
The drivers entered for CIRP can compete in rallies in
Italy and abroad; that means that each driver can take
part in the Challenge (CIRP), competing, if desired, in
the rallies, organized in his own country without the
obligation to take part at the races scheduled in the
calendar of ACNFP. The Challenge will end after the edition of the “Rally del Ciocchetto”
in
Lucca –
Italy on
the 14th of December 2008.
The crews entered
for the Challenge can take part also in the competitions not
included in the calendar of ACNFP; these races will have a
basic coefficient without bonus.
According to the typology of the races scheduled in the
Calendar of ACNFP (for each race there will be the
description of the facilities), the coefficient will be the
following:

The crew that will take part in a competition abroad
(scheduled in the Challenge calendar) will have a bonus of
25% to be added to the eventual further 25% foreseen for the
race with facilities; after it has to be multiplied by the
basic coefficient according to the typology of the rally.
COMPETITORS: all natural and/or legal persons in
possession of the licence issued by the Sports Authority and
FIA.
ELIGIBLE DRIVERS:
The 1st driver must be a member of the
Police Forces (Carabinieri, State Police, Prison Police,
Customs, Town Police Force, Forestry Service, Fire-brigade,
Armed Forces and Coastguards on active duty - SPE) or of
similar Police Forces of foreign Countries. It is not
compulsory for the 2nd driver to be a member of
the Police Forces, as the crew can be member of another
team.
Entrance fee for Foreigners Police: –
Foreign corporate body € 700,00 to be paid at the moment of
the entry in the first race.
ADMITTED CARS:
Group N, Group A – KIT - WRC - OS, OLDTIMERS,
in conformity to the valid FIA regulations or similar
Sports Authority of another nation and to the Sports
International Code (see enclosure J) As far as the
classification is concerned, during the sport season, there
is the possibility to change the kind of car. At the moment
of the entry you are required to submit a declaration where
it is stated that you are a member of that racing team as
well as that you accept the compulsory advertising activity,
as foreseen by the Auto Club for the Challenge.
FINAL RESULTS:
it will be valid min. 3 and max 6 results, absolute results;
- Group A (WRC and SO) - Group N - Class Results: up to 1600
cc. - Class Results: over 1600 cc.
